Will Millership is the CEO of The Partnership for Research Into Sentient Machines,  leading the drive to foster global collaboration on AI consciousness and promote the development of safe and aligned AI. 

Prior to joining PRISM, Will held various communications and leadership roles in AI organisations across academia, research, and the private sector. He was the Director of the General AI Challenge and worked with GoodAI on policy and governance of AGI.  He was the second member of staff at the Scottish AI Alliance, where he helped to establish Scotland as a leader in the development and use of Trustworthy, Ethical, and Inclusive AI, before leading a cross-functional team at Speech Graphics and Rapport, a leading animation studio and avatar provider.

Calum is a Co-founder of Conscium as well as a best-selling author, blogger, and in demand keynote speaker on the impact of artificial intelligence. 

He spent 30 years in business, mostly in strategy consulting. He has written several best-selling books on the future of AI, and has given keynote talks in over 20 countries. He advises governments and companies on AI policy.
